Is there a fix OTHER than removing the battery when the 8830 freezes when receiving an incoming call...or a call waiting call. When I end up hanging up the call and then go to make another call it tells me there is a call in progress and only gives me the option to conference a call which doesn't work. I then have to remove the battery and wait 3 minutes or more for it to boot. Is there a fix for this issue? I have the most recent Verizon OS. Verizon is telling me they are aware of the issue but could not refer me to a permanent fix. Thanks in advance!

Has been bought up numerous times just use the track ball to answer the call when you have an incoming and outgoing call.
