Strange Event Log Errors (also in CMNG log)

Hi:

I'm running 4.1.4 against an exchange 2003 environment. I am getting the following error quite often in my event logs and seeing a corresponding error in the CMNG log file. I'm not having any luck finding any info on them. Has anyone seen these before? (changed the user display name to Joe Blow)

Does this user have a particularly old device? Do you get this with other users?

There are only two users on the server right now (this is my test server - testing 4.1.4 before moving it to production). One device is an 8800 and the other a Pearl.
