Missed call/text reminder?

Is there a way to get an audible reminder that you missed a call or have a new message? The only option i can find is for the LED light or nothing at all.

Welcome to the forums,
You generally get the same notification as an sms message. Go to Profiles and set the tones/notifications under sms/text messages.

If I have bumontherun correct, the question is;
Much like a Razr, can you get the bb to give you a periodic audible reminder that you missed an incoming call or message?
I have looked myself and it appears as if the capability doesn't exist.

You can get bbalerts, which will let you set up reminders for about everything.
