After i download

I want to know what to do after i download a program off the internet such as all-in-one messenger what do i do? I got the files and extracted them to a folder on my desktop, but after that i don't know what to do or how to get it on my blackbery. Any help would be great. thanks

Use the Desktop Manager's Application Loader and click on the "add" button and browse to the associated .alx file. Then finish the loader process and that will load the app to the device.
