Messages within Folders

Does anyone know of a 3rd party product that will let my users see their messages in their folders? I have a few users that say this can happen and they have seen it happen but I have to disagree since I have not seen it done.
Similar to Windows Mobile is what im trying to get working here, i dont think it can work but maybe there is a product that can make this happen?

Any ideas?

To my knowledge this is only possible on BES or on BIS 1.8 which is no longer available.

If RIM does nothing else to improve the next OS update I simply ask that they allow us to create folders to store on emails in our handhelds.

WTF - how hard would that be for them to do that?

I am surprised they do not even allow us the flexibility to show different types of e-mail accts within the inbox itself
