Hello all,
I just bought myself a blackberry 8700v. The phone is unlocked and as a result I'm able to use any wireless carrier (mobile operator). My country has two mobile operators of which both offer GPRS/EDGE data access technologies. I am able to use the phone for voice calls, but have difficulties using it for web browsing and email exchanges (personal use and not for corporate).
I was wondering, what is it that I'm required in order to be able to browse the web, and use blackberry to access my personal emails, such as the one offered by my service provider and/or hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc. What is it that is needed and how should I go about it?
Thanks
Terry
