It says we were supposed to be prompted to upgrade to 2.4. But it never asks me. Do I have to initiate something special?

How do I know if it's been upgraded? If I log on to the site from TMO, it looks the same as 2.3. Does 2.4 support Exchage 2007?

Well based on the following quote I think you will only be prompted if you originally signed up prior to the mentioned date.

Yeah, I think once you upgraded to 2.0 they don't ask you anymore. They are still asking the 1.8 customers with the web client for email...because some don't want to give that up. It said the same thing when we changed from 2.0 to 2.3 and it didn't ask anyone to migrate.

I deleted my Yahoo email and re-entered it now I have the Yahoo mail icon I am also able to receive a v card. (VZW 8830)

Did you do a re-boot as well?

I deleted my Yahoo email and re-entered it now I have the Yahoo mail icon I am also able to receive a v card. (VZW 8830)

I've actually had the yahoo icon for a couple of weeks now, but it doesn't get the red star to show there's new email there, I wonder why?

That I do get when new mail comes in.
