I have a really strange problem and have tried a lot of things with no results.

Here goes:

Computer #1
Set up an appointment in Calendar of Outlook 2002 lets say at 8 am. Sync with blackberry and it shows up at 8 am, just like it should.

Computer #2 - different location
Set up an appointment (meeting for example) on outlook 2002 send it to computer #1, shows up in outlook at 8 am, like it should, and sync with blackberry and shows up at 8 am, just like it should.

Here is where it gets strange.

Computer #3 - another different location
Set up an appointment (meeting for example) on outlook 2003 this time, send it to Computer #1 or #2, shows up in outlook at 8 am like is should, BUT when it gets synced with blackberry, it shows up 4 hours earlier (in this example would be 4 am)? I

If computer #3 sends this meeting to another computer running outlook 2003 it shows up at the correct time and the sync with the blackberry is the correct time. Seems the problem is when a meeting is sent from outlook 2003 to outlook 2002 but it looks correct in outlook, just not when it's synced to the blackberry.

I have checked Time Zones in Windows XP, in outlook under the calendar options and in the blackberry's. Have tried the 2007 DST patch, as well as new software for the blackberry's. I have tried different blackberry's and they all get the same problem when synced with the computers running outlook 2002.

Hopefully someone has some suggestions because I am out of ideas and I don't know if I can buy 2003 anymore or if I have to get 2007, but then I am worried it won't link correctly with the 2003's I am using also.

Thanks in advance.
Matt

Looks like the problem is fixed now, outlook 2003 sp3 came out and seems to have fixed it. Never thought that would have fixed it.

Thanks for reporting on the solution, matt109. I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates it.
