Hello All,
I am a new user of the blackberry and I could not understand some issues regarding to this amazing device and I wonder if some one can help me out...
So I have purchased blackberry and installed the BES on one of my machines .
I Do not understand how should it work ? how can I get emails to my device ?
I installed the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express 4.1 for Microsoft Exchange which I purcashed as well but I don't know how to use it.
At the moment I am having a this problem : my blackberry locked up and I needed to enter password to open and was unsuccessful. since I could not open it, it erased all the information in the phone. I spoke with verizon this morning and they want me to reset the ESN number And Pin ....and resend service books for the phone ASAP.
Is any body can help me out ? what should I do ? how can I reset the ESN and PIN and resend service books for the phone? where and howe can I do it ??
