Problem installing games/aps

Hello all, new BB user. I did a lot of searching in the forum trying to find the answer for this.

I have 7280 using OS v.4

Almost every game I've tried to load with an .ali extension gives me the error "no additional applications designed for your handheld were found"

I wanted to install your theme program and (with an .alx extension) and got the same error.

You have to download and install the 7280 Handheld v4 software from your carrier. There is a thread on loading v4 and it has all of the links in it on where the software is located. Download it, install it and now you should be able to load applications through Application Loader.

I have that, I'm describing problems when using that software.
