I have 4 people who recently landed in the U.K. All but one of them has turned blackberry on and in use. The one remaining is not receiving any emails since she switched it off (departing from Aus).
She was the only one that had to manually switch network connection on to vodafone when she arrived. She is also the only one who has all folders viewing. We disable the folder view so she only gets those for inbox.
No luck. We restarted BES. No luck. We noticed that she has a high volume of messages filtered. When we reset the handset nothing happened but we noted there was one message pending that wont clear.
Any ideas what it might be?
