The trackwheel on my BB 7290 is not working. I cannot unlock my device or answer calls when they come in. Cingular is sending me out a replacement unit as I am still under the manufacturer's warranty; however, am I concerned that I may have to re-register some of my programs. Are the IMEI and PIN somehow integrated into the registration algorithms? Seems I always have to provide them.

I suppose my immediate concern should be directed to Mark and my PocketDay program. Is my password still going to work?

Best bet would be contacting PocketDay directly for the answer. As an eg. Magmic and Green Tech Mobile license their apps to the device PIN and IEMI which are specific to each device this help combat piracy. Most likely your info will need to be updated on a server or a new auth/activation will need to be issued for your replacement.
