Media Manager not showing up after Desktop Manager install

I recently had to reinstall my Desktop Software however the Media Manager does not show up. It is missing from the icons. I did a clean uninstall and reinstall but I get the same errors no matter what SP I choose. Any ideas?

You're sure you installed the version with media manager? It's a 250Mb download.

Yes. It is the 422_multi-language or something from the Verizon website. It is 360MB. I had DL'ed it before and it installed everything fine.
