How Long Does Restore Take?

Backed up 8300 and bought new 8820. Did restore. Been working about 10minutes now, with no indication on PC desktop of status. How do I know when done?

the hourglass could spin 20-30 mins.
DON'T pull the USB cable before it is finished, or you will need to start all over again.

Some restore/reboots can take 45 mins if you did not clear call logs, etc., before restoring
