View Full Version : Searching for Network...(but not really)

Using a T-Mobile 8100, latest software (4.2.1.107)

When I open the call log, the label at the top that normally says T-Mobile changes to "Searching for Network..."

I'm still connected, and everything works normally, and it goes away when I exit the call log area.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to fix it?

It's a known issue. Just have to live with it. You can reboot and it will fix itself. I just ignore it.

Hey John one more thing...

I'm a long time 8100 user. I see that you've went to a 8320?

So what do you think? The Wi-Fi makes me want to move over, but I love the smaller size on the 8100.

Anything you miss from the 8100? Are you sold on the 8320?

I miss SureType. I'm still getting used to the keyboard. I could actually type faster on the SureType and could type with one hand. I really like the wifi and the larger display.
