Moving from BB 7100i to BB 8830 - Transfer Data?

We will be moving from Nextel to US Cellular, and will be switching from the 7100i to the 8830. What's the best way to move all data from the 7100i to the 8830?

Detailed steps would be helpful.

Use the Switch Device Wizard in Desktop Manager. Seamless.

Yup that is about as deatailed as you will need Desktop 4.2 SP2 an you will be rocking and rolling in 10-15 minutes
