View Full Version : 8800 Not synchronizing Mail and wrong Date

Hello,

I have a BlackBerry Device that is not synching with the Enterprise Manager. I have restarted services, reactivated the user, removed SIM Card and battery with no luck. Is this a GSM problem?

I have also tried reconcile now on messages. The device is setup the same way as other users in our company as well. Any ideas?

Found problem.

There is a Date/Time feature on the device (under Options) which needs to be set to Enterprise Manager for the correct Date/Time.
