8800/Cingular Exception Errors

We've got 8800s. Latest OS and software on BES and on the BBs. We are all having a problem about once a week each, where we get an e-mail, pull the BB out of it's holster and get a Exception Error (gives a bunch of "exception 83x_84.cx" type errors - don't quote my text).

Nonetheless you clear the error and carry on. Anyone else getting this as well?

I get all kinds of exception errors too..

Supposedly some of these errors are caused by having groups in your Address Book. I can't be sure about this as when it happened to me I quickly updated the OS and it hasn't happened again. Mine was an "Uncaught Exception, Java....." and locked up my 8800 so that even a restart wouldn't clear it. The only thing for it was a re-install of the OS.

Well, our BB OS can't get any newer...

I do have 4x groups in my contacts, and will delete them to see (I never use them anyways).
