Media Card Issue

I previously posted this but got no help so I will post again with added details as I cannot find the answer.

I have Desktop mananger installed and can sync with Outlook. I installed a media card, did a format, and selected the recommended settings (Media Card support On, Mass Storage Mode support On, Auto Enable Mass Storage Yes). When I click on Media Manager I get the following message - "The End-User License Agreement cannot be displayed. Please install again".

What does this mean? What actions should I take?

It's not that big a deal if you don't use the Media Manager within Desktop Manager. With Mass Storage mode enabled you will be able to see your Media Card as a separate hard drive from your PC. Drag and drop items as you need from "my computer".
