Removing my battery

I know this seems like a silly question but how do i remove the battery from my blackberry 7520. It is soooo tight if i push something in there i might break or scratch something. Is there a trick i need to know about?

I just take the cover off and gently tap the bb against the palm of my hand. Once you give it a couple of good shakes it should drop out.
