How do I take a ringtone accidentally d/l'ed into phone memory and send it to my micro sd?

Thanks!

Go to the ringtone in phone memory, press the application button choose move, browse to the media card folder and choose select folder and move.

what do you mean by phone memory

I cant find any file browser other than the media page w/music/ringtone/pic/mov
