View Full Version : Problems since upgrading to 4.2.1.94

Ok....recently, I upgraded my firmware to 4.2.1.94 by loading the desktop manager software and syncing it with my BB 8100 pearl.

Everything works ok with the following exceptions:

1. When I try to open attachments or show MORE email, I get the error:
More request cannot be completed. Service book info not found
2. I receive emails from my companies exchange server fine....however, when i read them, they don't get marked read in my outlook.

Anyone had this experience???

If I compose email, I can send it yes....if I reply though...after I type it up...there is no send option....

I have exactly the same 3 issues on an 8700 with version 4.2.1.101

Any ideas?

I would go to your BIS site and resend your service books.

Thanks for the reply. Resent BIS and BES service books no luck thanks. Any other ideas?

You might even delete and recreate your accounts in BIS. I've had this happen before. On one of your received messages from a BIS account, open it and scroll up into the headers. Under "Received using" I'll bet it says "unknown."

Deleting and recreating the account may fix this.

I was having the exact same problem on my VZW 8830, I have no idea what triggered it, BUT your suggestion fixed it. Thanks!

To recap:
I went to
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en
and removed my GMAIL account (the one that would not allow a "more")
then re-added it.
all works fine now.
