Default Review: Picture Review of Freedom Keychain 2000 GPS - 12-07-2007, 12:40 PM

I know there is another thread with great pictures and details.

I took some pics today comparing the gps keychain to common items so others can get a grasp at the actual size and shape of the keychain.

Please keep in mind, that the keychain feels very durable, and from what i can gather the top and bottom pieces are snapped together very tightly shut as well as a small screw holding the pieces together. Lets just say they didn't do a quick "seidio" job designing and putting this keychain together.

The black material is identical to the material that IBM Thinkpads are made of, it is a hard/ soft rubber that is smooth to the touch. Kind of like the seidio rubberized cases, but feels a bit more denser and solid.

I am pleased with the keychain so far. It takes about 15-45 seconds to get a satellite fix from a cold boot and works flawlessly with my 8320. I am now able to use applications like bbplaces and itookthisonmyphone with gps coordinates on my pictures.

Here are some pics

First pic is keychain on top of a diet coke

Second pic is the keychain in the center of a cd, everyone has one of those

Third pic is the keychain sitting on top of the blackberry charger.

The keychain is small and is comparable in size to a honda keyless entry key.
