I have been trying for weeks to get assistance from Blackberry support to help with an issue that freezes my phone whe I open the camera. I have to turn it off and on and all I get is a pink and white screen that has frozen. Vodafone support have stated that this is common and that the device is faulty. I have been ignored from Blackberry support for weeks and was wondering if anyone else on this site was having problems with simiar issues? Not a happy at all with my Blackberry or the prro service that supports faulty software/hardware.
