Default E90 - not able to wireless Activation

pls help, the wireless activation fails..My service provider is O2 and the bes server is in india

You should contact your BESAdmin for help! If you'd like some help here it might be wise to provide some information such as the error you're receiving.

I bet you're not on the ENTERPRISE plan not the BIS or internet mail plan..double check with O2...

Default o2 has confirmed that they have activated the enterprise plan and not the bis service
the error says that i am unable to connect to the blackberry server

What is E90? What is the exact error you receive? How far through the activation process does it go?

1) Do other devices work ok on your BES in india - even if they are in O2 land (what country)

2) Have you tried a cable activation - you'll need the Nokia version of the Handheld sw.
