| For Calender problems I try to things, first I have the user go under Options and turn Wireless Reconsile off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. On the BES server you should be able to see some sort of activity when it's turned back on. Also I have the Notes Admin take a look at their calender documents in the mail file and see if there's and conflict documents.
