The user is complaining that her Calendar is not syncing although the BB Manager is showing enabled and the user is saying wireless Calendar sync is enabled.

Anyone seen this. Is this strictly a notes issue I need to forward to our admin?

For Calender problems I try to things, first I have the user go under Options and turn Wireless Reconsile off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. On the BES server you should be able to see some sort of activity when it's turned back on. Also I have the Notes Admin take a look at their calender documents in the mail file and see if there's and conflict documents.
