I am running BES Version: 4.0.7.9 (new install)
Exchange 2003 Enterprise

I have added users to BES and I have a few that when they were put in, it populated a PIN number for them. However it is not the correct PIN for their blackberries and I can not remove this. It will not allow me to activate these users and I am running out of ideas as it will not allow me to remove the users either.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Something strange going on then..is there an old user database hanging around somewhere that you're connecting to?

when you say this is a new install - is it a completely new intall and there's never been an instance of BES within your company - please provide more details
