We just got a hardware replacement a year ago and its gona be just under another year before our 7290 fleet get replaced.
We have a 2 year hardware contract. Im in New Zealand.
The 7290's i found through alot of device errors, although not so much with later firmware, next biggest problem for users is calls cutting out.
But as i said before, i can just send it in and get it replaced.
Just wanna see why its happening, and if anyone else experianced it?
Would love to give them all 83xx by the way
