Hi!

I installed my BES and followed the instructions.

Everything works: I plugged the two BB's on the user's computers and the activation is successfull...the emails get in and out, the can synchronize their contacts, tasks, notes, etc....BUT THE CALENDAR IS ONLY WORKING ONE WAY OUT OF THE EXCHANGE!!!!WHHHHHYYYYY!!!!

I keep getting this error in the Windows Log of my BES:

I updated the BES...the update "Rollback Exchange 4" or something like that wasn't done...so I did it...

I tried deleting the user from the BES, wiping the BB, adding the user to the BES again and cable activated it...

Everything activates fine...mail is going through, notes, contacts, tasks are synching...everything except the calendar!!!

Could someone help me?

I'm running Exchange 2007, on a Windows 2003 Standard R2 x64 SP2 machine. The BES is installed on a Windows 2003 Standard SP2. Everything is updated...from the Microsoft Updates for Windows and Exchange to the last version of BES 4.1.4.12.

I added the "Send-As" "Receive-As" "ms-Exch-Store-Admin" for Besadmin...

Please!!! Make it work!!! I'm paying the beer!

Double check your CDO.dll is the same across exchange and BES. Delete and re-register the one on BES.

I reinstalled MAPICDO from Microsoft's web site yesterday...I'll try tomorrow!

Do I have to install it on the Exchange?

You need the BES to match whatever is being used in Exchange.

Well...in Exchange 2007, isn't excdo.dll instead of CDO.dll?

Hi again!

So, I re-installed the CDOs on the Exchange server and the BES.

It still synchronizes with the notes, contacts, tasks...but not with the calendar! I still get those error messages:

stupid question but is wireless sync turned on on the handset - go to calendar, options, is "Wireless Sync" set to on?

It's not stupid!

But I turned it off, since the user could not synch his BB over the air, I had to make it synch by cable...

UP! Could someone tell me where I can find the CDO.dll file in Exchange 2007? it's only excdo.dll...
