Default Problem with MSDE when Installing Entreprise

Please Login to Remove!

I am having problem when installing Entreprise on 2003 with Exchange. The server already had MSDE for both BackupExec as well as Sharepoint. When I do the install, for some reason, the server wants to install the database remotly and does not give me the choice for local. Any ideas?
I have instaled ENtreprise on 2 other clients without problem with this.
Thanks,
Real

When you're stepping through the install and it asks if you want to do local or remote, you choose local and then after the reboot you cannot choose local?

The Local choice was not available and I could only select Remote. I found the solution on BB website and it was to install SP 4 for Sql, what seems to fix a problem when you have both BackupExcec and Share point on the server.

Thanks.
