Anybody knows if it's possible to push an OS update on a BB device through the BES? We're using BES for GW..

You can not push a BlackBerry OS update over the air. It must be loaded locally onto the device.

You can however push the software update to the persons computer as a policy, which will then prompt them to upgrade next time they cradle. Not via the BES, but same result.

Is there a how to guide on how to this? Maybe I'm just being dumb, but when I went through the RIM supplied stuff, it just didn't stand out. Maybe someone can put something together on this site?
