Arrow Exchange 2003 and 2007 different domains

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

Hopefully simple question. We have taken over another company and they have exchange 2007. They are on the LAN and we need to integrate our current BES to allow some of the 2007 users to utilise the blackberry services.

Current BES is 4.1.2.25. Have downloaded 4.1.4, but need someone to slowly step through what (if possible) I have to do to have this deliver to the Exchange 2007 server on the new domain (Trust two way is working, and mail is flowing through both ways).

Do I have to setup another BES Server in the new domain (is this possible with the current license?), or can the current BES Server be updated to see both Exchange servers?

Welcome to BBForums!!! ...

1 BES can support multiple Windows Domains ... but it cannot support multiple Exchange organizations. If each Exchange setup was in its own org you'll need to add a new BES for the Exchange 2007 users.
