my bes works with server exchange 2003,
all options "send as" are proved

Are you the BES Admin?

What error do you receive on your HH?

Sounds like send as permissions .... have your admin go through it again.

Are you in any special groups? Domain Admins? Print Operators?

Is anyone else having this problem?

yes we do it and nothing change

we just start with only one user

when i look my message to send, i can read on the top

send via : desktop (reassured (sécurisé in french)

is it right ?

They would be in Active Directory Users and Computers & in Exchange System Manager. Search here or at BlackBerry Technical Solution Center ... Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ might be a great place for you to peruse too.
