Default How to uninstall BES 4.1.4

Please Login to Remove!

We have a shared SQL installation with 2 BES servers.
I have moved all users to 2nd BES server.

I uninstalled BES on 1st server.

Launching Blackberry manager on 2nd BES server, I was able to remove the 1st BES server. However, I still see the first BES server_MDS-CS which I dont know how to remove? Any tips to remove the 1st BES from the system entirely?
