Default 2x Calendar entries

Does anyone have a clue why calendar entries when entered in Outlook would show up twice in the BB calendar?

Sure there are lots of reasons ... desktop manager use ... duplicates through BIS connection. You might start searching for symptoms here or at the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center ...

Does it happen for all users? 1 user in specific? Which service pack of BES are you running? Have you applied all Exchange patches to your BES that you've applied to Exchange?

We are running BES 4.1.4.15, no service packs.

This does apply to one user in specific. They were using BIS before we moved them to the BES. We had them delete their BIS account before BES activation. I will check and see if the person is using desktop manager for anything, my guess is yes and its not set up for BES.

Thanks for the reply.
