is there anyone knows how to genereate a report for Blackberry users who havn't used their backberry for over a period of time.

Hi shaf,

If your BES uses a SQL server to store its data (not the MDSE database) and you have access to the SQL server and the BlackBerry database, you can query the UserStats and UserConfig tables to look at either the LastFwdTime or LastSentTime to determine if someone hasn't communicated in a while.

There was a recent post from hdawg about getting a user dump from the BES if you have the Resource Kit installed and running on your BES. I'm not familiar with the capabilities of the reporting, but I suspect you can also get the data you are looking for there as well.

Highlight all the users, or select the ones you'd like and right click and EXPORT STATS to File, then take that and import into Excel to massage the data. I sort by last contact and delete everyone outside the reporting requirement (30 days since use), I added a column in excel and use a basic formula that multiplys every 30 days x $40 (data charge) ..

It helps with large environments if you put your users in groups so your not dealing with huge spreadsheets.
