Hi all

I am administering a BES server for a week now and i encounter an issue with only a few users.
When they read or delete an email in their BB the email is still marked as unread in Outlook or not deleted..., no sync between BB and Outlook though they receive emails both in Outlook and BB.

Why? Any ideas?

Under email options > email reconciliation is wireless reconcile set to on and delete on set to either prompt or mailbox & handheld

The user has a BB Pearl. He can't find anything to do with wireless reconcile in the menu, any ideas?

Is he using the Desktop Manager / Redirector?
