Default Phone number in blackberry manager

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
when I look at the user list through bb manager, I only see the phone number for a few users.

How do I update the list to show everyones phone numbers?

Thanks
Mark.

The phone number is pulled from the SIM card ... you'll need to set the phone number on the SIM and then it'll report back to the BES.

I've noticed that if i use another sim card to activate a BB, it keeps that number on the server even though I've swapped out the sim card. Still shows the same number after several reboots of the BES and Exchange.

I've tried refreshing the data through the console but it still does not pull the current number. Any other way besides wipe/reprovision?

I think it's just one of those BB quirks - I've never managed to fix it successfully..

You use the same device with a diff sim to activate the same user? Reprovision the handheld, try that because that will update the sql information for that user with the device and number being pulled from the sim.
