Cool New Bes server - NEW USER

Please Login to Remove!

I have just installed BES 4.1.3 onto Windows 2003 sp2 server, I am running GroupWise 7.0.2...

I have managed to add myself as a user however I am getting no e-mail or anything going to the HH.

I can send a test e-mail to my pin or groupWise inbox but thats as good as it gets.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Was the device provisioned correctly? Clear the service books from the handheld and try to re-provision the handheld

I didn't see anything about Enterprise Activation in your post. You did this, correct?
