Send Message using email address won't send
I have BES 220.127.116.11 with GroupWise 7.02 server. In BlackBerry Manager, when I do "send message" using PIN, I get the message on my BlackBerry. However, if I do "send message" using email address, won't get it on my BlackBerry nor my GroupWise mailbox.
Also checked the user's account in BES and there is no pending message.
What would be recommended troubleshooting steps?

When you try to send, do you get the red X?
What is the Message Status?
