Refresh Service Books in BES 126.96.36.199?
We're using BESManMMC with BES 188.8.131.52. One of our Blackberries is messed up, and we've been told that refreshing their service books will fix the problem. However, I don't see a menu option to do this. How can I issue a refresh?
I'm not sure about doing these things from the BES, but I have refreshed the service books on the handheld itself by going into Options, then Service Books, deleting all the entries under there, and then plugging it in and running a fresh sync.
This prompted me to generate a fresh key and recreated all the service books.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon to give you the full details.
I am wanting to know how to do this as well if anyone knows. I would like to be able to push the service books from the server like I can do from the web client.
