We're using BESManMMC with BES 3.6.1.11. One of our Blackberries is messed up, and we've been told that refreshing their service books will fix the problem. However, I don't see a menu option to do this. How can I issue a refresh?

I'm not sure about doing these things from the BES, but I have refreshed the service books on the handheld itself by going into Options, then Service Books, deleting all the entries under there, and then plugging it in and running a fresh sync.

This prompted me to generate a fresh key and recreated all the service books.

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon to give you the full details.

I am wanting to know how to do this as well if anyone knows. I would like to be able to push the service books from the server like I can do from the web client.
