Unhappy Error 997 - Overlapped I/O Operation is in Progress!!

Please Login to Remove!

I'm getting this message when trying to start MDS - I do however have the required JRE version installed - I've even restarted the server???

Any ideas anyone?

Are you running any backup software or backup agent on the server?

Temporarily disable the service and restart MDS....
