i had to re-activate my bb a couple weeks ago. now any email older than oct. 30 won't delete from my inbox on my bb. i tried to delete and it gives my the options for "on mailbox & handheld," "on heldheld" or "cancel". tried the first 2 options and won't delete. took out the battery and put it back...still won't work. anyone seen this problem before or have any suggestions?

ps - im on bes with 8310.

we are using exchange 2003 std.

never mind. i got it to work. i deleted my bes account and re-add policy and reactivate my bb again. it is working now.
