It is possible set this option(on BES) only for selected users (non global) ?
Several users wants move mails to PST file, when this option is turned on, mails from blackberry are removed.

No, sorry, it's turned on at the server level.

Perhaps the users could adjust their devices so the 'Delete On' is not set to 'Mailbox & Handheld'?

I have example BB device and when I set 'Delete ON' to 'Mailbox & Handheld' or 'Handheld', messages are also deleting.
Any ideas ? Could I block reconcile deleted messages on handheld ?

If you have the HH set to only delete on the HH nothing will be removed from their server mailbox ... I guess I don't really understand your situation.

OK, my mistake. In previous post I didn't write that messages was deleted from BB during wireless synchro.
When I set 'Delete ON' to 'Mailbox & Handheld' and later remove message on BB then the message is also removed from outlook - so it's OK.
When I set 'Delete ON' to 'Handheld' and later remove message on BB then the message is not removed from outlook - and it's also OK.
I know that setting is for synchro deleted messages between BB and outlook (in this direction)

I think myself, when 'hard delete' on 'BES' is turning 'on' and mails are redirecting to PST file in outlook, messages in blackberry always will be deleted, so there is no workaround for the problem.
