Does anybody know of a reason why massages from a certain and always the same sender would disappear from the BES mailbox on the BB device? They are still there in Exchange/Outlook just not on the device.

Deletion was sorted out.
The BB device is running BIS & BES.


Any ideas?

Is there a mail client side rule that's processing/deleting the message - e.g. in Outloook or similar. If this was a server side rule the the mail should never get delivered to the BB.

I just opened the users mailbox on my WS and there is indeed a rule (client only).

I cannot edit it therefore. But still, the messages in question are in the inbox of Outlook which really puzzles the heck out of me.

Might be a filter set up server side for that device..? /shrug

I'd be upset too if my "massages" were missing; the heck with the "messages."

Yeah, massages are somewhat better than messages anyway... (need to edit the topic title)...

There's onloy the 'To % BCC' and 'CC' default filters on the device. Any other suggestions?

P.S.: Enabled is set on both to false...
