Default Upgrade BES

Please Login to Remove!
Hi,
i have a BES version 3.1 and i want to upgrade 4.1 SP2. I click on the setup to run the install, but when i arrived to the database upgrade it stay on the statut in progress for a long time and then block the server. What can i do please to pass this step ?

It would be helpful to know what type of environment you have. Are you using Exchange?

Also, what type of database are you using - SQL (if so, what version) or MSDE. And is the database local (on the BES) or on another server?

BES 3.1? Do you mean 2.1? 3.5? 3.6? 4.0? 4.1? I think we'll need a weeeee bit more info to help effectively.

it's ok for me, it was a problem DNS with my exchange server. Thx for me.
