If anyone cares, you can find installed apps for an individual user by choosing the user's handheld in handheld mgmt, then choosing view handheld properties, modules (at least in version 4.0).

Also, I ran select * from dbo.SyncDeviceMgmt, through query analyzer using a newly provisioned device vs. mine to come up with a half-ass way of getting information in a broader scope. Overkill? Probably, but what the Hey.
