Thanks I tried removing the Service Book but with no luck. ANy Other suggestions. The BES was upgraded, not sure if teh Hardware ID was correct prior to the Upgrade.
Do you know what process Supplies the Hardware ID to the BES?
Domino 7.0.2 BES 188.8.131.52...
If it isn't broke, I didn't try to fix it
