Hardware ID: 0x00000000

Any idea why this would be the case

Has it always been like this? have you made any changes recently?

This is bad data obviously. Take one Blackberry and do a delete and then undelete of the Desktop[SYNC] service book and wait for a while. Then check again.

Thanks I tried removing the Service Book but with no luck. ANy Other suggestions. The BES was upgraded, not sure if teh Hardware ID was correct prior to the Upgrade.

Do you know what process Supplies the Hardware ID to the BES?

Make sure device.xml file is there and current.

I think that hardwareid is what displays when the handheld has not updated any of that information. It's the place holder.
