BlackBerry Forums Support Community - IEMSTest.exe and Exchange 2003 Permissions

Hi all,

I'm running a test from our newly installed BES 4.1.4 for Exchange.

Logging in as besadmin, running IEMSTest.exe and selecting any users mailbox from the GAL (except besadmin which is sucessful) I get the following....

    Doe, John's Mailbox opened successfully.

    Root Folder opened successfully.

    Failed to create a folder in Doe, John's mailbox.

Our Exchange admin is adamant that permissions have been set up as required (KB02276) but the error in the last line above leaves me to suspect otherwise.

Does anyone know which specific Exchange 2003 permission is missing or incorrectly set? or is there something else that could be causing this?
